Agency Agreement

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. This Agency Agreement regulates the relationship between the Site Administration (Agent) and the User (Principal) regarding the promotion of the partner program.

1.2. The Agent undertakes, for a fee, to take actions to attract new participants to the partner program on behalf and at the expense of the Principal, and the Principal undertakes to pay remuneration in accordance with the terms of the program.

2. Rights and obligations

2.1. The Agent provides the Principal with referral links and promotional materials to attract new participants.

2.2. The Principal undertakes not to use unfair methods of attraction (spam, deception, etc.).

2.3. The Agent's (Principal's) remuneration is calculated automatically in accordance with the rules of the partner program and is paid upon request to the specified details.

3. Responsibility

3.1. The Agent is not responsible for the actions of the Principal related to violation of the law when distributing links.

3.2. The Principal is fully responsible for the accuracy of the payment details provided.

4. Payment Procedure

4.1. Remuneration is accrued automatically after the invited participants perform targeted actions (purchasing places in the partner program).

4.2. Payment of remuneration is made upon the Principal's request after reaching the minimum withdrawal amount (indicated in the "Finance" section).

4.3. The Administration has the right to withhold a commission for withdrawing funds in accordance with the tariffs of payment systems.
