This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the site owner (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") regarding the use of the site's services. 2. Terms of Use of Services

2.1. The site provides services for content generation using artificial intelligence (images, videos) and participation in the partner program.

2.2. The User undertakes not to use the site's services to create, distribute or store content that violates Russian law (pornography, calls for violence, incitement to hatred, etc.).

2.3. The Administration is not responsible for the content generated by users.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The User undertakes not to violate the law, not to distribute spam and malicious software.

3.2. The Administration undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.3. The partner program operates under the conditions described in the relevant sections of the site. Bonuses are accrued automatically in accordance with the program rules.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The site is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not responsible for temporary technical failures.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.

5.2. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid, this does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
